If guests booked through a travel agent or tour operator, they must contact them directly for their booking procedures on this promotion. Email with booking info must be sent, 30 days prior to arrival. The refund of the fourth room will not be issued until 7 days prior to travel.
- Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment.
- The free room applies to the least expensive room booked, (typically the lowest room category), for each night that there are enough rooms booked to qualify.
- The refund is issued to the card holder on the qualifying bookings only. No split, custom, or blanket refunds can be issued.
