If you are planning a symbolic ceremony, you will need valid passports and tourist cards. You will also need to arrive 3 business days in advance of the ceremony. Blood tests and additional paperwork will not be necessary. If you are planning a legal wedding to a Mexican citizen, additional requirements may be involved. Contact your wedding coordinator for more details. Same-sex legal ceremonies are accepted.

  • Blood tests: The blood tests can be done at the resort. Please work with your wedding coordinator to arrange this. Cost of the blood test: $100 USD per couple.
  • Marriage Application form: Your wedding coordinator will send you this form to complete 15 days prior to the wedding.
