Opening hours: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM

- Body Treatments: A wide range of treatments including exfoliation and wraps

- Relaxation Area: Enjoy a heated indoor pool, hydromassage tub, Turkish bath and sauna, all in a serene and calming environment.

- Private Treatment Rooms: Includes double cabins for couples, where you can enjoy body and facial treatments in total privacy and comfort.

Additional information: This service is subject to an additional charge. For guests aged 16 and over only.

TREATMENT APPOINTMENT

All services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. You are advised to book as far in advance as possible in order to avoid disappointment.
CANCELLATIONS

In the event of non-attendance or cancellation within 12 hours of the appointment, the company reserves the right to charge the full cost of the treatments or programme. No refund will be given if a client decides to interrupt their stay or a requested programme for any reason.
RECOMMENDATIONS

You should arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. We cannot make up lost time for late arrivals, and your treatment time could be reduced or cancelled, although you will be charged the full cost of the treatment. When booking a treatment, you must inform us if you have any medical complaints or require special care, particularly if you are pregnant. Our qualified staff will advise you on the most convenient treatment for your current state of health, in an informative and educational, but non-medical manner. Facial treatments for gentlemen: we recommend you do not shave within 2 hours of the treatment booked.
PAYMENT
All services must be paid for when they are booked. Payment can be made by cash or credit card.

STANDARDS

To preserve the privacy of our customers, visits to SPA facilities are not allowed. We recommend you do not bring any valuables with you to the centre. The company is not responsible for any losses or breakage of personal items. Access to the SPA facilities is only allowed in a swimsuit / bikini, non-slippery flip flops and bathrobe (recommended). Guests are forbidden to bring in food or alcohol to any of the spa facilities. We reserve the right to refuse admission.
MOBILE PHONES

To ensure a calm and serene ambience, mobile phones, tablets, cameras or videos are not allowed in the spa. This allows us to ensure the privacy of all of our customers who aim to enjoy the peace and serenity
